What can we do now?
In addition to the aspirational future envisioned in the Spokane Reimagined proposal, we also advocate for low-cost, tactical solutions to address traffic violence, here and now.
- We can pilot many of the ideas proposed in Spokane Reimagined with temporary measures like jersey barriers and concrete planters to create low traffic neighborhoods and school streets.
- People Powered Highways and First Ave Trams might be the ultimate goals, but safe streets can be accomplished tomorrow, it just takes you demanding change.
- Join us at at our regular meetups and at local government meetings.
